Following the calendar from 2010-2011, the tentative date for this event is Friday, October 21, 2011.
This is where we can plan what to do for next fall. We have talked about expanding our idea of telling our stories for Peace and Social Justice Day into a more community oreiented event which might serve as an energized Open House to show ourselves off. We will need to "hit the ground running" in the fall... Some things to consider:
advertising this at the back-to-school picnic
opening this to the community at large
the filmed stories we have started on, but we need to get more focused on this
